Definitely looks way too much better on photoshop (but, once again, I'm not ''the master of photoshop anyway)
Although, I've never imagined that it would look this way once it was digitalized.
Although it also looks nice in paper.
I did it like.... hmm in july? well, I don't know, but it has been so long! (since I have a brand new computer I can try photoshop again and again!!)
This image was inspired by a bow that I bought at Hot Topic, with a ''Beetlejuice" style.

Once again, your proportioning is very good, and the coloring is very nicely done! This is a great picture, there's just a few details that need some attention.
Her pose is awkward, and rather stiff. It's hard to turn your neck in the position she has it turned in, so try to be a little more aware of that. I also noticed that you seem to avoid drawing hands; as difficult as they are, not drawing them will pretty much insure that you never improve. Just practice with them, and in time they'll be much easier. On to the face, it seems a little off center, and very haphazardly drawn. It looks like you tried to cover up as much of it as you could, so just try drawing faces a little more. And one last thing, you need to work on shading a little more, the shading you have now adds almost no depth to the picture, I'll send a few tutorials to better explain shading and highlights~
